- 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
- Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- In-depth knowledge of advanced mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing techniques.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
