What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Procentrix?
The project manager will manage all aspects of the project, including resources, architecture, development, operations, and maintenance. They will help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Scrum Master and Solution Architect on program-wide topics and processes that impact project delivery. This includes tracking parallel work streams, documenting interdependencies, managing risks and issues, and assisting with prioritization based upon priorities and available resources. Lastly, this individual will be responsible for communicating with and reporting progress to client leadership, ensuring that client goals for the application are addressed. The projected compensation range for this position is $145K to $175K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements. |
