ProCarthy is expanding our network of private soccer coaches and we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced coach to join our growing team. Due to a high number of players and families inquiring about private training in Orange County and surrounding cities, we are looking to add a dedicated coach who can support this demand and help develop players in the area.
Position: Private Soccer Coach
Location: Orange County and surrounding cities
Type: Part-time / Flexible scheduling
About the Role
As a ProCarthy coach, you will work directly with individual players and small groups, delivering high-quality, personalized training sessions designed to improve technical ability, confidence, and overall understanding of the game. Our players range from beginner to advanced competitive levels.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of soccer coaching experience
- College or semi-professional playing experience (minimum requirement)
- Strong knowledge of player development and technical training
- Reliable, professional, and great with young athletes
- Ability to travel to training locations throughout Pasadena and nearby areas
- Excellent communication skills with players and parents
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging private and small-group training sessions
- Focus on technical development (ball mastery, passing, shooting, decision-making)
- Provide constructive feedback and track player improvement
- Represent ProCarthy with professionalism and positivity
