Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations & Data Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, checking for accuracy, and supporting multiple teams with administrative tasks. You will be working closely with our accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth data flow, accurate reporting, and effective use of our proprietary software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and review data in our proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Check reports for inconsistencies, resolve data mismatches, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with creating and maintaining internal reports and dashboards using Excel.
- Post select transactions into QuickBooks (training provided).
- Support the accounting and admin teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Help document and refine internal processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
- Comfortable working with Excel (filters, lookups, pivot tables preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn our internal systems and processes.
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
