Virtual School Social Worker in IL

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering social work services via telehealth to K-12 students

• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized plans
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Participating in regular case reviews and team meetings remotely

Qualifications and experience:

• Licensed social worker with relevant credentialing and experience in school-based settings
• Skilled in telehealth delivery and remote case management
