Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- CFs welcome; CCC-SLPs also encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students, including assessment, intervention, and individualized education plan (IEP) development
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and regulatory compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
