Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lexington, SC

Exciting opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a difference in the upcoming school year! Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and those holding the CCC credential are encouraged to apply—please note, SLPAs are not being considered for this position. Enjoy the flexibility of a full-time schedule with four days per week (30 hours) and involvement with one to two elementary schools, with final caseloads currently being determined.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• CFs welcome; CCC-SLPs also encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience preferred, though not mandatory
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students, including assessment, intervention, and individualized education plan (IEP) development
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and regulatory compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support student growth in communication skills
