Key Qualifications:
- Active CCC-SLP certification (or actively in process—be ready to discuss your status)
- Prior experience in school settings, especially with K-8 students, is highly valued
- Comfortable managing mild to moderate caseloads
- Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week within a traditional, in-person classroom setting
- Willingness to participate in a two-step interview process (Teams screening followed by an in-person or flexible panel interview)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services across assigned schools
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
- Adapt strategies to support students’ diverse learning needs
