Step into an engaging contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-8 students in the northern Denver suburbs. This smaller district fosters a welcoming environment for both new graduates and experienced professionals, making it an ideal place to grow your skills and build meaningful student relationships. The caseload is manageable, focusing on mild to moderate needs across approximately 40-50 students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active CCC-SLP certification (or actively in process—be ready to discuss your status)
  • Prior experience in school settings, especially with K-8 students, is highly valued
  • Comfortable managing mild to moderate caseloads
  • Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week within a traditional, in-person classroom setting
  • Willingness to participate in a two-step interview process (Teams screening followed by an in-person or flexible panel interview)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services across assigned schools
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
  • Adapt strategies to support students’ diverse learning needs
