Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for practice as a school SLP
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong commitment to student-centered, evidence-based intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a caseload of five students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEPs and educational goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation, including assessments, progress reports, and session notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services in both group and individual settings
