Position Details :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide instruction in a resource room, co-teaching settings, or inclusion classes depending on students needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.
  • Adapt instructional materials and teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust teaching methods based on student progress.
  • Ensure compliance with California state education and special education regulations .

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential required.
  • Experience working with students in K-12 grades preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and modification .
  • Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment .
