ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Juneau, Alaska seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for full-time onsite K-12 contract positions. Multiple openings are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
Position Overview
- Full-time onsite positions
- K-12 caseloads available
- Resource and self-contained classroom placements
- Contract position for the school year

Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction aligned with student IEP goals
- Implement individualized behavior and academic supports
- Collaborate with general education staff, support staff, and families
- Maintain documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs
Qualifications
- Active Alaska Special Education certification required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite in a remote / travel-supported setting if applicable
