Key Qualifications:

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with families, staff, and related service providers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and daily lesson plans for students ages three and four.
- Adapt instruction, materials, and assessments to address each child’s learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with classroom assistants, therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic student support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, fostering positive relationships and family engagement.
