Schedule: June 8 – July 21, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Demonstrated school-based experience with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to individualize intervention plans and work within an IEP team
Duties Include:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings
- Conduct student assessments, interpret results, and develop effective therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies across school environments
- Monitor student progress and document session outcomes for IEP requirements
- Engage and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student confidence and participation
