Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA certification required
- Arizona state SLPA licensure
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Card and FBI fingerprint clearance
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Adaptable and able to work with students across varying grade levels and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of speech and language therapy plans under the direction of licensed SLPs
- Work with students individually and in groups across K-12 classrooms
- Track student progress and assist with documentation
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and special services staff
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each student
