Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Recent experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseload of 28 students
- Dedication to collaborative, student-centered service
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct onsite speech and language therapy to students, primarily in grades 2 and 3
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports according to school and legal requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in meetings such as IEPs and contribute to team decisions
- Adapt interventions and strategies to meet the unique needs of each child
