This position seeks an experienced Social Worker qualified to support K-12 students in a school setting, specifically serving middle and high school age groups. You will manage a caseload of approximately 11 IEP students, providing essential social work services to enhance their academic and social success.

End Date: May 25
Schedule: 5 days per week, 32.5 hours per week
Age Group: Middle and High School students
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Social Worker credential or certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially within middle and high school ranges
- Ability to manage and provide services to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and counseling skills appropriate for educational settings
- Knowledge of social work practices tailored to school environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work services to students on your caseload, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and local school regulations regarding student welfare
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights toward student development goals
