Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
Age Group: Kindergarten through 5th grade

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement appropriate intervention plans
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide referrals to community resources as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Advocate for student needs and create a supportive school climate that fosters learning and growth
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Valid Social Worker license with a Professional Educator License (PEL) for school social work
- Experience working with elementary students, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
