Qualifications:

• Active Ohio School Psychologist License required
• Previous experience supporting elementary-age children preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and fellow support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students needing behavioral, academic, or emotional support
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to address student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Participate in the IEP process, from initial eligibility meetings through regular reviews
• Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Support the development and implementation of school-wide positive behavioral strategies
