Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Demonstrated experience working with secondary school-age populations (grades 7-12)
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive student evaluations, including both initial and re-evaluations
- Strong collaboration skills for effective communication with school staff and families
- Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, special education, and assessment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full evaluation caseload, conducting all required re-evaluations and initial eligibility assessments
- Compile, interpret, and present evaluation data as part of the special education eligibility process
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, approximately 35-37.5 hours per week
