Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience working with middle and high school populations is highly valued
- Proficient in conducting assessments, evaluating student needs, and delivering reports
- Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and current best practices in school psychology
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize, and maintain meticulous documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Facilitate and participate in IEP, 504, and student support meetings
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
- Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and RTI/MTSS
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling support as needed
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
