School Psych - Paterson, New Jersey

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school psychologist position is available at a high school in Paterson, NJ. This contract role requires working three days a week, seven hours per day, starting immediately and continuing through June 13th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support student learning and mental health
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies

Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as a school psychologist
• Experience working in a high school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Location: Paterson, New Jersey
Schedule: 3 days per week, 7 hours per day
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 13th, 2026
