Make a real impact supporting students in a district-wide contract role serving K-12 students as a School Psychologist. This opportunity spans the full 2026-2027 academic year, beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding June 7, 2027. Work 35 hours per week onsite, with two available daily schedules to best fit your preference: 8:50 am–3:30 pm or 7:30 am–2:20 pm. Your exact caseload size will be determined based on evolving needs across multiple schools within the district.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience providing psychological services in a K-12 educational environment preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability for handling varying caseloads and participating in multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually or in groups
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians to develop effective support plans
- Contribute to IEP meetings and offer recommendations tailored to each student’s needs
- Monitor progress and document interventions and outcomes clearly
- Help promote positive mental health and behavior throughout the school community
