You'll manage a caseload of up to 50 kiddos, providing dedicated speech and language interventions that foster growth and confidence during a key stage of early development. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Prior experience with early childhood (preschool) populations preferred
- Comfort with IEP processes and collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
- Occupational therapy skills and school-based OT experience are highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized and group therapy to preschool students
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for student success across multiple school sites
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
- Collaborate with another SLP and wider special services teams, integrating OT when needed
