This contract opportunity provides rewarding work with children aged 3-5 years, running through June 17, 2026. The role spans multiple school locations, allowing you to experience varied learning communities while collaborating closely with another SLP for robust support.

You'll manage a caseload of up to 50 kiddos, providing dedicated speech and language interventions that foster growth and confidence during a key stage of early development. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active California SLP license or eligibility
• Prior experience with early childhood (preschool) populations preferred
• Comfort with IEP processes and collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
• Occupational therapy skills and school-based OT experience are highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized and group therapy to preschool students
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for student success across multiple school sites
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
• Collaborate with another SLP and wider special services teams, integrating OT when needed
