School Occupational Therapist | Easton, Maryland

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity making a real difference for students as a school-based Occupational Therapist near Easton, MD. This full-time role spans the academic year, beginning August 19th, 2026, and concluding June 15th, 2027. You'll have the chance to impact approximately 50-60 students in a dynamic educational environment, with about half of your caseload being consultative.

As an integral part of the school community, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to help students develop skills essential for academic and personal success. In return for your commitment, you’ll receive highly competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $47 to $50.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a valued team member
• Passion for supporting student growth and creating inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students per IEP objectives
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for staff and families
• Adapt intervention strategies to accommodate varied student needs in classroom settings
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
