School-Based Physical Therapist - Riverside, California

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California
• Prior experience in school settings is preferred
• Comfortable and capable supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed
• Strong communication skills, with Spanish/English bilingual abilities considered a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across locations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as required by their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and collaborate in the development of individualized education plans
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high quality care
• Travel between assigned school locations to meet student needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide timely progress reports
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
