Key Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current Washington State ESA certification
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work comfortably on-site and independently manage a small caseload
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver ESY physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Conduct individualized assessments and maintain thorough progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure best outcomes for all participants
- Adapt therapy activities to meet diverse student needs and optimize participation
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
