Responsibilities
Provide targeted small-group and individualized instruction for students receiving special education services
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
Support students in accessing grade-level curriculum and classroom instruction
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring data
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Special Education Teaching License
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
Knowledge of differentiated instruction and intervention strategies
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
