This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week for the new school year, providing valuable speech and language services in a school setting. Onsite delivery is highly preferred to best foster student connections, though qualified SLPAs with prior school-based experience are welcome for consideration.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric or K-12 school populations
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborative consultation
- Preferred: Proficiency with teletherapy platforms; strong onsite skills required
- SLPA applicants should have prior school-based experience
- Clear background check and required clearances for school employment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy onsite to K-12 students across several school campuses
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery
