A high school is seeking an experienced Math Teacher to instruct 10th and 11th grade students in Geometry and Algebra II. This full-time contract position runs through June 6, 2026, with a schedule from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering effective instruction in Geometry and Algebra II aligned with curriculum standards
• Creating and maintaining a structured classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement
• Utilizing data and assessments to adapt teaching strategies for continuous student growth
• Collaborating with colleagues and instructional staff to support overall school goals
• Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and other school-related duties

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching high school math, specifically Geometry and Algebra II
• Strong classroom management skills and deep content knowledge
• Delaware teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• Experience working in charter schools is preferred
