Caseload: Approximately 45 students
Pay: $53–$60 per hour, depending on experience
Supportive school team and collaborative environment
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation
Support students in achieving academic and functional goals
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active California OT license
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
