• Active COTA license required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
• Comfortable traveling between approximately three school sites
• Capable of providing service to students with varied, complex needs
• IVP Fingerprint Card required for school-based work in Arizona
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, therapists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions as outlined in students’ individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Adapt activities and environment to facilitate student participation in daily school routines
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress
• Provide insight and assistance to school personnel and families regarding strategies for student success
