ProCare Therapy is partnering with local school districts to fill positions for the upcoming school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA’s)
About the Role
We’re hiring BCBA’s to support K–12 students across multiple school sites. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, school-based setting with consistent hours, strong support, and meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
•Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
•Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
•Provide staff training, coaching, and classroom support
•Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
•Analyze data and adjust behavior strategies
•Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
•Support MTSS / PBIS initiatives
Qualifications
✅ Active BCBA certification
✅ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
✅ School-based or pediatric experience preferred
✅ Strong data analysis and collaboration skills
