Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, adaptive, and functional skill development
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin OT License
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Wisconsin DPI Certification
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
