**What Youll Do**
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Monitor progress and communicate updates, concerns, or changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Complete accurate, timely documentation and progress notes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented clinical staff
- Licensed **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** in Florida
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehab principles
