Chop Tree Service is seeking an experienced Tree Trimmer Foreman to lead crews in performing vegetation construction and right-of-way tree operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work for our utility and municipal partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise tree trimming and removal crews

Ensure compliance with ANSI standards, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies

Conduct job site hazard assessments and daily tailboard safety meetings

Operate and oversee the use of bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, and related equipment

Maintain productivity, quality standards, and project timelines

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and the public

Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications:

Previous experience in utility line clearance and vegetation management

Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of safe tree climbing, rigging, and equipment operation

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain)
