How You Will Make an Impact:
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and clinical performance of multiple clinics within the Dallas/Fort Worth region. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and being KPI driven. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, an understanding of healthcare management, and a commitment to quality care.
What You Will Do:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of clinics within the assigned region.
- Work with the leadership team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with administrative leads to ensure the efficient use of resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure all clinics are adequately staffed and that staff are properly trained to perform their duties.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different facilities to share resources and best practices.
- Financial Oversight:
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
- Staff Leadership and Development:
- Involved in recruiting, training, and mentoring key staff.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Address staffing issues and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among staff.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all facilities comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively to mitigate risks.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional goals with organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners.
- Address and resolve patient and community concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain open lines of communication with patients to ensure satisfaction with services.

What You will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.

Work Hours: The typical schedule consists of working Monday through Friday with no weekend hours but is subject to clinic needs and operating hours.
