We're looking for a distribution Technician who's equal parts problem-solver, educator, and customer care expert. In this role, you'll deliver and set up medical equipment, teach patients how to use it with confidence, and make sure everything is working safely and reliably. You'll also be the friendly face of our company -- someone patients trust when it matters most.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver, assemble, and repair home medical, respiratory, and rehab equipment.
- Teach patients how to properly use and care for their equipment.
- Perform repairs, modifications, and routine maintenance.
- Keep accurate documentation and share patient needs with the care team.
What We are looking for
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid Alaska Driver's license with a clean 36-month record.
- Ability to pass a drug test including THC.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various conditions.
- HME/DME or stockroom experience a plus!
