Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (depending on availability)
We are a well-established and growing wellness center with three locations in Keizer, Portland, and Sherwood. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or similar customer-facing environment who enjoys working with people and providing excellent patient care. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Occasional shift coverage at our other locations may be required, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
- Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
- Verify insurance information
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with screening and diagnostic assessments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar healthcare, wellness, or medical office role is important
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work at multiple locations when needed
- Spanish-speaking skills are a strong plus
