About PROcan
PROcan is a patented, portable oxygen delivery device designed to enable fast, effective rescue breathing during medical emergencies. Our mission is to close the oxygenation gap in pre-hospital care and put the “P” back in CPR.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, mission-driven Sales Representative to support early commercial growth. This role is ideal for a former healthcare or sales professional who understands frontline emergency response and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer and partner relationships across EMS, training, and public-safety organizations
- Drive pilot programs and support early deployments of PROcan
- Build and expand a network of CPR instructors, EMS leaders, and community trainers
- Deliver product demos and education about PROcan
- Gather field insights to support product, training, and go-to-market refinement
- Represent PROcan at conferences, trainings, and industry events
- and other responsibilities as needed. In this early-stage startup environment, you will wear many hats and have a direct impact on how PROcan grows and evolves!
What you Bring
- Background in EMS, fire service, healthcare, public safety, or CPR training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health sciences, or a related field is a must
- Experience in sales, education, outreach, or training is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with both clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Self-motivated, organized, team-player, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
- Genuine passion for public health, emergency care, and community impact
Compensation
