What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs)
- Remove old materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing systems
- Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment
- Support installation of insulation, underlayment, and vapor barriers
- Safely use roofing tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and efficient
- Work closely with your crew to complete projects on schedule
- Communicate clearly with your team regarding tasks and progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or roofing preferred
