This is a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Recruiter role based in Irving, TX. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging top technical talent, conducting candidate assessments, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and navigating competitive hiring landscapes. You will also ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet business objectives.
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates
- Strong experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting, with an understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple hiring needs
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition is a plus
