What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist position at Probst Veterinary Clinic?
We are seeking qualified individuals to perform various duties which include assisting with surgeries, prepping for surgeries and disinfecting, restocking and filling items, basic computer skills, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, daily cleaning and sanitizing. Must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or GED, good math skills, flexible schedule, animal handling experience preferred, some heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more and ability to stand most of the day. Must be able to work weekends. Rate of pay based on experience. Must be able to pass a background check.
