What You'll Do
- Engineer zero-defect implementations: Deeply understand business logic and configure systems that integrate seamlessly with complex operations. Proactively solve edge cases before they become escalations.
- Drive technical excellence: Write precise documentation, collaborate with engineering to surface product gaps, and inform roadmap decisions with real-world customer data.

Technical Foundation
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong programming fundamentals (Python, SQL, APIs, data structures)
- You learn systems fast and architect elegant solutions to messy problems

- You thrive in ambiguity and love the challenge of translating complex real-world operations into technical solutions.

- Base: $105K - $135K meaningful equity stake
