Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients by providing on-site service, preventative maintenance, and technical support.
- Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on Probo’s offerings, including ultrasound service contracts, probe repair, system sales, rentals, training, and applications support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
- Deliver and install ultrasound systems sold within the territory, ensuring proper setup, client training, and seamless integration.
- Consistently respond to service requests in a timely manner and complete field service reports for invoicing and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for growth by offering additional Probo solutions, helping customers expand or upgrade their ultrasound capabilities.
- Stay current on all manufacturers and models by studying manuals, attending trainings, and collaborating with peers.
- Preventive maintenance completion (scheduled and unscheduled).
- First-time fix rate.
- Percentage of outstanding work orders.
- Field service visits per engineer per month.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals for PM and billable service.
- Achieve renewals on expiring maintenance contracts.
- Drive incremental sales of probes, probe repairs, and ultrasound systems.
- Generate contract sales by aligning customer needs with Probo’s portfolio.
Requirements
Required Education And Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of computers; PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products
- An established customer base is a plus.
- Be a self-starter.
- Creative problem solving.
- Ability to display strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, self-discipline, and autonomy to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively operate in a independent environment to achieve assigned goals and objectives
- Robust organization/communication skills to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and be prompt and courteous.
- Associate Degree in electronics (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred) or 2 years’ equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with diagnostic Ultrasound equipment highly preferred, especially within a field service environment.
- An established customer base is a plus.
- Monitor the typical field safety and environmental conditions within the designated facility and report deficient conditions if needed in accordance with the PROBO Safety Manual.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
