The Role
We are looking for an experienced Security Program Manager to lead multiple cybersecurity programs and manage both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SOC, SIEM, MDR/XDR, and network/infrastructure security, along with excellent client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 15–20 cybersecurity projects simultaneously
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance discussions
Coordinate with internal teams (SOC, Security, Engineering) and external stakeholders
Ensure delivery of security services like threat detection & incident response
Work closely with tools like:
Palo Alto Networks
CrowdStrike
Microsoft Security
Monitor and improve security operations (SOC, SIEM, MDR/XDR)
Handle escalations in a high-pressure environment
Required Skills
Strong experience in:
SOC (Security Operations Center)
SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.)
MDR / XDR / EDR concepts
Knowledge of:
Network Security (firewalls, VPNs)
Infrastructure Security (servers, cloud)
Experience with security tools:
Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Security stack
Excellent client-facing & communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects/programs
Strong stakeholder management (internal external)
Preferred Skills
Certifications (nice to have):
PMP, CISSP, CISM
Experience in managed security services (MSSP)
