What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Operator position at ProAxis Solutions?
Note: Can maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
This is a 12-hour rotating shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will work two days, have two days off, work three days, and then the pattern rotates. The schedule can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The goal is to hire the folks on full-time.
Description: Role Accountabilities
Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair, and quality checks.
Exhibit appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to work as a member of a high performing team.
Maintain accurate and complete production, waste, delay and quality reports.
Log and (or) report results as necessary.
Basic machine operating- materials worked with onsite are paper and fabrics to make Depends and Poise products
Splicing materials is a large part of what this position requires
Safety
Safely operate high speed technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
Exhibit a safety-first culture
Promote/utilize 3 obligations
Promote/support Safety Observation process, ETQ, and SIRA processes
Support housekeeping initiatives for department
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
