ProAssist Surgical Services, LLC, is a group of highly skilled surgical Physician Assistants committed to providing exceptional support in the operating room. Our team brings extensive experience across a wide range of surgical specialties, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of surgeons and healthcare facilities.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED surgical Physician Assistants to first assist in the OR on general surgery, specifically ROBOTIC cases. Responsibilities include first assisting in OR only. There are no office or floor obligations.
This is a per diem position requiring weekday availability for at minimum 3 shifts per month. Hours are flexible, dependent on cases. This is an ideal position for you if you work shifts and have 1-2 days off a week and are looking to fill your time with OR.
Requirements:
-At minimum 1 year of OR first assist experience in general surgery, specifically robotic surgery. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience!
-Current hospital privileges at Morristown Medical Center are STRONGLY preferred but not required. We are looking for people with availability on WEEKDAYS.
- This position will be covering general surgery at Morristown Medical Center and there can be future opportunity for other hospitals and nearby surgery centers.
