- Plate Mounters are to follow the job schedule for each press.
- Always keep as many jobs mounted ahead as possible.
- Minimize scrap by using correct adhesive for the type of art on plates.
- Use Hot melt glue on plate edges and wrap mounted plates with plastic wrap to ensure no lift.
- Endeavor to stay ahead on each press schedule.
- Be ready at all times to re-mount plates and fix worn plates.
- Maintain proper amounts of plate adhesive.
- Notify Supervisor when amount of plate adhesive is low.
- Communicate any and all problems with Lead Person/ Supervisor.
- High School Diploma/GED Certifications required
- 2-4 experience in a related field required.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have basic mechanical skills
