- May occasionally use forklift/roll clamp to transport product.
- Palletizes rolls and wraps on stretch wrapper to prepare for shipping.
- Ties bales on trim balers and broke balers.
- Sets up core cutter and cuts cores.
- Sets next crew up for success and effectively and efficiently communicates at shift change to Operators and Supervisors.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with rewinding equipment a plus
- Basic mechanical and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
- Clean, climate-controlled work environment working half the year on the 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour schedule.
