What You’ll Do

• Operates machine to cut out parts of various specified shapes and sizes from different types of materials.
• Proofread and understand all paperwork.
• Positions dies into machine, inserts shims between die and push plate to set specified gap, and locks dies into position, using wrenches.
• Places rolls of material in feed holders, turns knobs to synchronize action of feed rolls with die, and threads end of material through feed rolls and die for cutting. Starts machine and inspects sample cuts to determine conformity to specifications.
• Follow production quality standards, including food safety, product appearance, product cost, and production efficiency in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local guidelines.
