Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor extrusion machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, utilizing hand tools and calipers.
- Conduct quality control checks, including measurements and visual inspections, to identify and address defects.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product specifications, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Package and label finished products accurately, adhering to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing proper housekeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, fostering effective communication.
- Utilize computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of a forklift truck if required.

- Thorough knowledge of machine operation and extrusion processes.
- Working knowledge of plastics extrusion principles.
- General knowledge of mathematics and general mathematics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
